I very recently heard of Minh's passing and from the bottom of my heart I express my condolences to you and your family. I worked with Minh in Cambridge when he was with the WRPS and though we were on different platoons we overlapped frequently as zone partners. We spoke often and for hours about his incredible and brave journey to Canada, his love for family and his comraderie was second to none. He is truly one of a kind. A very honest, well-spoken and caring human being. He will always be my "Brother". I can never forget Minh. God speed my friend and to you Linh, my thoughts and prayers.

I've recently learned of Minh's passing and was very sad to learn of it. Minh and I shared happy times while on the job at Milton Detachment. We always greeted each other with respectful smiles and worked well together. Be certain, his family came first and his deep love for you was always very evident. It was my pleasure to have known a man of such great character.

I worked with Minh for about 5 1/2 months while he was with Waterloo Regional Police at Division Two in Cambridge. It was a pleasure working with him and being on the same shift as him. He was one of the many people on that shift that made it the best shift I’ve ever worked on in 27 years. I was saddened and shocked to hear of his passing. My condolences and thoughts are with Minh’s family during this difficult time. I hope that today’s grief, pain and sorrow will, in time, be replaced with beautiful fond memories of Minh.

Minh was an exceptional human who provided open support to his peers. We shared time at Cambridge Division at Waterloo Regional Police where he always had a smile and open heart. Memories of our conversations often pop to mind and his legacy here is shared with others. There is no doubt that the peace he lived will last in all he touched.

I have been friends with Minh and Linh over 38 years. We shared so many memories and I much treasured our friendship. Can’t believe that we have lost him so early. We were planning to travel together once our kids are independent. Minh we’ll meet again in the other side. The family you love so much we’ll be fine as you have loved them so much and that love will be the strength and legacy. Rest In Peace my friend. Minnie

Linh, Justine and Madison,
I was saddened to hear of Minh's passing.
Please accept my heartfelt condolences.
Minh was my colleague in the Mounted Police Professional Association of Canada(MPPAC) and was part of a movement of rank and file police officers who achieved the Supreme Court of Canada's decision to support their right to collective bargaining. He was part of history and supported his brothers and sisters at great personal and professional risk.
I was proud to have known and served our brothers and sisters with Minh.
Minh was a leader.
I will always cherish Minh's courage, professionalism, brotherhood and most of all his friendship.
May God bless and keep you all.

Please know that I am thinking of you. Minh was like my uncle, my brother, but most of all, he was an incredible guy and my dear friend. I will miss our coffee time, lunch time, and our time spent laughing together. I will miss him very much.

Linh, Justine and Madison I am so sorry for your loss. I was so sad to hear of Minh's passing. We had a lot of shared memories together and laughs at Depot as troopmates. I know how much he deeply loved his family. My heartfelt condolences to all of you. A donation to the Canadian Blood Services is being made on behalf of the entire Troop 30 in Minh's memory.

I’m so sad that Minh passed away. Minh was a brother, a friend and a mentor for me!! When I started my career in 2009, me and him became friends right away. He used to call me “hey frenchie” or “Missy”. I remember him asking me: “Hey Missy, you want to work today?” And me asking him: “Where we are going today?”. He was very passionate when it was time to work.
I’m deeply so sorry Linh, Justine and Madison for your lost. I know Minh loved his wife and kids so much.

I was saddened to hear of Minh’s passing. I remember him from his Airport days where worked on separate teams. He was very passionate about Member representation which we often discussed. May the happy memories help carry you through these sad times.
