Minerva was born to the late HD and Dora Holder on June 11, 1941 in Parker County. Minerva met her husband, Frankie Eugene Whitfield in 1958. They married May 28, 1959 and went on to have 2 children, Timothy Eugene Whitfield (son) and Danny (son) and Tina Whitfield.
