Mindy Castillo, born November 12, 1991, finished her race and entered her eternal fullness of joy with her Savior on August 25th, 2025. She left behind a permanent legacy of love, laughter, and light that touched everyone who knew her.

Mindy was a vibrant soul whose unmatched sense of humor, genuine spirit, and boundless passion made her unforgettable. She never settled, always chasing new horizons and encouraging others to embrace their fullest selves. Her generosity knew no limits-whether through her words, her friendship, or her love.

A true adventurer at heart, Mindy found joy in exploring nature and traveling, cherishing every opportunity to experience the beauty and diversity of this world.

At home, her deepest devotion was to her husband Enrique and their beloved fur babies, Oliver and Mango, who brought endless comfort and craziness to her days.

She was the favorite daughter of Steve and Connie, beloved sister to Aaron, and treasured daughter-in-law of Manuel and Mary. Her presence brought strength, laughter, and encouragement to all who were blessed to share in her life.

Though her time here was far too short, Mindy’s spirit remains bright in the hearts of those she loved. She will be remembered for her authenticity, her courage, her laughter, and her unwavering love.
