Millicent Neumann more affectionately known as Milly to all those around her passed away peacefully in her home in Scranton on August 1st.
She was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY where she aspired to be a veterinarian from a very young age. Although she never received her full degree and did not become a vet, she did use what knowledge she had to help on her uncle's farm during her summer breaks in Pennsylvainia. …
