Our cherished and most beloved mother, Mildred Ethylene (Shuff) Bibbins passed from this life to her eternal home on March 8, 2023 at the age of 72 in Manchester, CT. Mildred was born on February 6, 1951 to the late Gaither Odell Sheff, and Lillie Ruth (King) in Westfield, NC. Mildred discovered her gift of song as a young girl and devoted her voice to the lord.
