My sympathy and love to Millieโ€™s son and grandchildren, all of whom she adored. ย ย

I first met Millie in 1979 at Electrofilm where we would together And travel until I left in 1988. ย We remained close friends all these years. ย  In 1985 when I purchased my 1914 farmhouse in Reseda, just a few blocks from my rented house, Millie insisted that all kitchenware had to be cleaned and placed into the newly-cleaned shelves. ALL of this cleaning was done by my good friend Millie. We always told stories about similar culture we shared, she from Croatian and me Serbian families. She was one of the kindest, compassionate, and fair-minded humans Iโ€™ve known. ย I will miss her immensely. ย

Today I am so very grateful to have had Millie in my life for over 45 years.ย  I referred to her as my "Millie Mom" and she was just that.ย  She always took care of me, taught me the gift of giving, tried to teach me to dance, we played cards till all hours.ย  Never a bad word came out of her mouth, she found good in everything and everyone.ย  Probably the strongest woman I've ever known and proud to have had the opportunity. Gonna miss our talks.
What a happy and rich life Millie had and I was so glad to be a part of it! Lots of fond memories. May she rest in peace and have fun with all her sisters, family, and friends.
To all of Millie's family,ย  know you are in my thoughts and prayers๐Ÿ™ she loved you all so much and she talked of you often๐Ÿ’•
