I didn't know you very well, but you were the great grandmother to my sweet little red head. I'm so grateful Piper had the chance to meet you a few times and I was able to get pictures of you both, so I can tell her the things I knew about you! She got her beautiful red hair from you! You were a blessing to this world. Rest in peace Grandma millie ❤️

Aunt Millie was a wonderful person. Growing up .lalways admired herfor her strength and courage to never give up even when things got tough. Aunt Millie was loving, empathetic. nonjudgmental, and the friendliest person I have ever met. She didn't care what race, religion, or what walk of life you came from. She always listened-- and she listened to many of my stories. I will never forget the phone conversations we shared. I saw Aunt Millie as sort of my second Mom. When my own Mother passed away she was there for me to cry on her shoulder and to listen. I always loved her beautiful, long red hair. I admired her most for always sharing her faith with me on the phone and sometime in bible passages that she would mail me. The last time I talked to Aunt Millie was July 30th, 2024. I will miss our conversations dearly, but I know she is now with our Heavenly Father and visiting with her brothers and sisters. She will live in my heart always.
