Mildred Ann Edwards, age 69 of Jackson passed away Tuesday at Ocean Medical Center in Brick NJ. A native of Freehold Borough, she worked in the guidance office at Freehold Borough High School for 19 years and later changed her career path to become a home health aid being employed with John L Montgomery Care Center and Centrastate Medical Center located also in her home town of Freehold Borough through the late 80's through early early 90's. She loved being around people and family and would give the shirt off her back to help anyone. Her priorities in life was working hard to make sure her two children were raised in a safe environment and to learn to become productive citizens in society.

P.S. and she Loved her westerns too.

She was predeceased by her parents, Major and Ada Bell Burke Lofland and her husband Robert L. Edwards. She is survived by her daughter Clenise D. Edwards and her son Daimian R. Edwards of Toms River; her sister Linda Mae Lofland Hend erson, her brothers Marvin and Nathaniel Lofland; her grand children Elias, Cilicia and Kara Edwards.
