My prayers are for the family to be comforted by the Holy Spirit during this time of grief. His humor and wit will be missed. GOD bless his entire family during this time, especially Heather and his son. Peace in Jesus to his entire kin.

Dear Heather and Mike Jr,
My sincere condolences to you both, but as you know Chris (Mike) would not want you to feel sad for too long as he was always a happy person who loved his jokes but even more his family. As a young man he was always fascinated by the opportunity of one day living in the USA so he realized that dream and many more thereafter, you are testimony to that.
We will cherish his memory and who knows one day meet up again on a soccer or basketball pitch where we had so much fun together. Take care and may his soul RIP. J-P

School photo when we were 15 with Chris (Mike) in center sitting on my right - we were best friends at school between the ages of 11-18 and shared a passion for sports and hard rock/heavy metal music. We spent all of our spare time together, often playing soccer in the park close to his home. Later Chris acquired a mobile disco so we organized private parties and did some DJ'ing. We have stayed in contact for 51 years, he attended my wedding in Switzerland, though thereafter I sadly only met him F2F once in Denver. His memory (our memories as young boys and adults) will remain with me for the rest of my days. RIP Chris.

Mike and I worked together starting in mid 2005, however we did not meet in person until he came to the Basingstoke office in 2018. I was thrilled to meet him. He was such a Lovely guy, a very funny man who made me laugh so often. I was disappointed he did not stay in Basingstoke very long at all. Even though we only met that one day, it was a pleasure to meet him. He was always so helpful and always sharing information and helping everyone do their job. I do miss him.

Our hearts go out to Heather, Michael, and the rest of their family during this difficult time. We were saddened to hear of Mike’s passing. For several years when we all lived in the Highlands Ranch area, we spent a lot of time with Mike. He was often at our house during football season, rooting for his beloved Broncos, and probably because we outnumbered him, he would sometimes root for our Cowboys too! That’s the kind of person Mike was, always adapting and finding ways to engage in the party. He was game for anything, whether it was mundane & tedious, or something new, fun, and risky. We could all be bike riding in the morning, and then heading out to Rocky Horror at midnight. We enjoyed traveling and mini-holidays together, water park visits, movies, etc. but we mostly just liked hanging out and sharing great meals. Mike was funny, always quick with a crazy story or tall tale to tell, and he was also very compassionate and a good listener. He was a true friend that would drop everything for someone else in need. Rest in Peace, Cheeky Mike. You are loved, and you will be missed…
