May 24, 1955 - July 1, 2024
He went to heaven at the age of 69 from complications of a stroke.
He is survived by daughters Jeannie Luppino, Michelle Nelson, and Kimberly Wilson. Grandchildren: Abigail and Ella Nelson. Savannah Cronk and Kamryn Luppino - Copeland, Ryan Dawson, Xavier and Sebastian Wilson.
He is preceded in death by his parents Larry and Norma Luppino and brothers Lloyd, Rick, and Larry Luppino.
God broke the mold when he made Micky.
Micky was a leader not a follower, and very outspoken. He loved to poke at whomever crossed his path. Not everyone could handle his quick- witted sarcastic comments or the silly nicknames that he gave everyone. His off the wall remarks and observations were priceless.
On January 8, 1977 Micky married his high school sweetheart Barbara JoAnn Cecil. Micky convinced JoAnn to go on a date with him if he won a game of pool. They were inseperable from then on. They married and had three daughters; Jeannie, Michelle, and Kimberly.
Micky wasn't happy unless he had a side hustle and he always made sure that he provided for his family. He stood tall as a strict father with a goal of instilling strong values in his children. He had a unique way of showing tough love.
Micky was a skilled negotiator. He taught us how to haggle and get the best price at a yard sale. He was quick to walk away if he couldn't get the price he wanted.
He was driven with a true entrepreneurial spirit and started a succesful maintenance business in 1984.
He enjoyed many...many things.
He was a huge fan of Harley Davidson Motorcycles. In his younger days he loved to go riding and would clown on guys with other kinds of motorcycles. He would yell "Get a Harley." out of his window.
He also enjoyed fishing, attending car auctions, the Doors, shooting guns, cold beer, free beer, The History Channel, Bigfoot, Lynard Skynard, smoking a jay, discussing the existence of aliens. The Seattle Seahawks, old Mustangs, and above all; his family.
Throughout the years, Micky collected many unique items. He had an eye for all things abnormal and bizarre. He was a renowned distributor of collectibles and oddities to his children and grandchildren.
His legacy will forever live on through the countless lives he touched and the lessons he taught us. Though we will forever mourn this incredible loss, we celebrate the remarkable life he lived.
