Dearest Friends & Family,
In Honor of Our Beautiful Michiko, we will be gathering at Muir Beach On Sunday, October 25th, at Aprox.

Because it is at a beach, there is a great deal of more "space" which inherently allows for the ability to create & maintain social distancing.
In respect to this we want to address the issue of health & safety & are therefore highlighting the fact that this gathering will be in accordance with the safety measures established by the "venue" itself (in this case Muir). But in addition to the current health standards & requests put in place for this "event" by the respective locales, we also are kindly asking that everyone who will be joining us please respect the most basic rules and regulations in order to ensure the safety of every being present, including yourselves.
Therefore Please Note:
*Face Coverings/Masks are required (and if you forget one, we will have *new* medical grade masks readily available for anyone who needs one).
*Hand sanitizer will be "stationed" when entering and will be made available to anyone and everyone at any point in time while at the beach...
*Social Distancing: The beauty of the beach is there is SPACE! So feel free to bring blankets, chairs, whatever you need to feel comfortable , and basically we just ask that as we all gather, we all also maintain the 6ft of distance that is recommended by the CDC.
We hope this helps those of you who potentially want to attend, but have not been sure.
And for those of you that feels this is too strict, we get it. But the reality is we would prefer to be safe rather than sorry. And we hope you do too!
Because It really is of the utmost importance to us that those who do come, feel safe!
But if you have any questions or concerns, be it around Covid related matters or anything else, do not hesitate to contact me. I will answer what I can and/or gladly send whatever info you may need to feel reassured.
Aside from this, we realize there are a significant amount of people who don’t use FB (or other social media outlets) & thereby won’t see this info (or it’s updates).
Needless to say, we highly respect this decision, but we of course still want everyone to “have access” to this event & all the accurate info pertaining to it.
Given then that Information tends to spread relatively quickly (& ideally accurately), If you know of someone or just hear of folks who you know will not see these Event Updates, but will benefit from info that’s provided here—please feel free to share it!
And most importantly as of right now, we are asking that you please RSVP -- Even if you "thinking" about joining.
