Michelle was a lovely lady and will never be forgotten.

We drove ourselves to the National Youth Leadership Conference in DC. We thought it would be a riot to pose in front of the pickup sign. Michelle was always dressed to look fabulous - even on a 10 hour road trip!

My heartfelt condolences to Michelle’s family. Though a couple decades have passed since seeing Michelle, I vividly remember the gentle, peaceful, kindness that was always in her eyes, smile and easy laugh. She led a fulfilling devoted life, her light will live on in so many. Rest now Michelle in God’s arms.

God sent an angel down to earth when Michelle was born.
When my daughter Samantha was told that Michelle did not have much longer on earth she decided to learn to play "Let's Go Fly A Kite", from the original Mary Poppins movie, on the piano. Samantha planned to make a video performing the song for Michelle. Samantha selected the song because she remembered watch the movie in second grade, making kites with her class, and then flying them outside.
I was diagnosed with cancer when Samantha was in second grade and Michelle was her teacher. Michelle was such a support to all of us during my treatment, but especially to Samantha. After teaching all day, she would frequently take Samantha to swim practice or home with her and bake cookies.
Michelle made such an impression on Samantha that every year on Michelle's birthday we had to send a text to Michelle wishing her a Happy Birthday. Samantha also wrote about Michelle being one of her heroes in a paper she wrote in 6th grade.
My heart goes out to Michelle's family and Maura Visconsi. Michelle and Maura's wonderful friendship made them and amazing team at Stanley Clark.
We will miss Michelle and value the positive ways in which she touched our lives.
