I met Michelle when we both lived in SLC. I can't remember the moment we met, but the memories we made together I will never forget (or the shenanigans!). Michelle was so smart & so witty, it's hard to picture her doing anything but laughing! Although we lost touch for many years, we reconnected after the birth of my son 12 years ago. Like Michelle was with Sawyer, I'm a solo parent & like with Charlie, I'm an older mama. The support & encouragement Michelle took the time to provide me was so meaningful & appreciated...and kind.
I'm still stunned to hear this news. I'm so sorry for everyone that is missing her, but especially her children, husband, and her Mom.
I'm grateful for our friendship & I'll continue to look back on our years in SLC and smile. Fly High, Balka...and give Burnsie a hug for me. XO

I miss her. We are neighbors and she was always there for my son who spends a lot of time at their house. She and Bobby kept him fed and clothed and invited him on great adventures. She was always there to talk me through parenting or lend a hand. I am so grateful for our friendship. Big hugs to Bobby, Catherine,Charlie, Anthony, Sawyer and Alina.

With such heartbreak I send deep condolences for such a profound loss. Michelle and Sawyer and Catherine spent lots of time together with me and my sons Braden and Max when they were in SLC. Michelle was always getting us out to go skiing, sledding, bowling, swimming, going to Liberty Park, playing on the Boys and Girls club sport teams, and just hanging out in our backyards with our boys. She was so in love when she found Bobby and so proud of Sawyer, Alina, Anthony and Charlie anytime we talked. Her love and appreciation of Catherine was special and deep. I am reeling from the shocking news of her passing. Sending lots of love and warm hugs to your family. Will someday see you again dear friend. Miss you and love you! Thanks for all the great times and talks. Love, Mindi and family.

Michelle and I were friends at the University of Wyoming - she was charming, spunky, a great dancer and very cute. We made many great memories, including a late-night, laughter-filled stroll through the US Capitol one night in 1994. She made a mark on my life - her light lives on in me.

I’m Michelle’s friend from SLC. One of my favorite memories is roller blading with her on the Jordan Parkway. She would get in position and let her German Shepherd pull her, going what seemed like 30 miles an hour. What seemed like insanity to me was just another fun day to Michelle “walking” her dog, This describes her perfectly - she was fearless with that beautiful smile. I just thought of her on her birthday. It’s been 10 years since I’ve seen Michelle but I’m forever grateful for her friendship. Beautiful Aquarius- thank you, miss you, love you.

Michelle there was so much love in your eyes when we did Sayer’s blessings. You really wanted to be a mom. You received three more children into your life! A big blessing stored for you and your partner. You were a nature lover, the Apple of your mother’s eyes, Catherine, who took you into the outdoors and taught to show up for others and supported your dreams and efforts in this life. Michelle you did it! You enjoyed and accepted all the challenges that come with having a big family, beautiful!
You will be greatly missed, there are no words… be free!
Catherine, Bobby, kids and family, please accept our condolences for your loss, may you find consolation and peace.

My dad (Roger) and I worked with Michelle for a brief time at RBC. She is such a positive and wonderful person. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends. She is in a wonderful place and until you meet again.
