Michelle's obituary
Michelle—known affectionately as “Nina Shell” or “Shell” by her family—had a passion for both writing and drawing, mediums through which she would express her creativity and immeasurable love for the ones around her. She was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan and come Sunday, a master trash-talker. Known for being fashionably late to the party, Michelle would (quite literally) light up the room with her immaculate white sneakers and infectious laughter.
Michelle was preceded in death by her father, Jimmy, her tia, “Lala,” her cousin, “Chacho,” and her grandparents, Emily, Domingo, and Amalia. She is survived by her mother, Ruby, her sister, Tracy, her brother, James, and several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
