It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Michelle "Pinky" Burkett on May 15, 2023. Michelle was born on January 14, 1970, and lived a life full of kindness, love, and laughter.

Though she was affectionately known as Pinky, she preferred to be called Michelle. Throughout her life, she was a beacon of light and joy for those around her. Her warm-hearted nature and generous spirit will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Michelle is survived by her loving daughter, Shameeka Keebler, who has inherited her mother's strength and resilience. As we mourn the loss of our dear friend, sister, and mother, we hold onto the cherished memories and moments we shared with her during her time on this earth.

In remembrance of Michelle "Pinky" Burkett, let us continue to spread love, joy, and warmth in her honor, as she did throughout her life. Rest in peace, beloved Michelle.
