Thinking of Maureen and the boys during this very difficult time. Sending our love and pray
I’m so sorry Maureen and family. We are so grateful for the short time we were able to be neighbors. Talking to you both was always a highlight to our day. Mike was such a warm and kind person. Our kids loved to see him on walks so they could say hello. We are sending our love and healing to your family.

I am so deeply sorry to hear about the passing of Mr. Wynn, dad to one of my best childhood friends Tyler. Growing up, Mr. and Mrs. Wynn always provided the most open and warm home where all of our friends always felt so comfortable and at ease; it was a safe place to unwind and gather around a campfire that Mr. Wynn would always start. It's no surprise that these two kind and loving parents raised one of my favorite human's ever (even if he turned out to be a Yankee fan): Tyler is one of the backbones of our friend group and it has been so clear where he gets his sense of humor and warmth from. One of my favorite memories was seeing Mr. Wynn at Tyler's wedding and how proud he was of Krystina and Tyler. About 10 years had passed since we had seen Mr and Mrs Wynn in person, but they each remembered all of our friends and already knew about the updates in our lives. I am so thankful to Mr and Mrs Wynn for being such a kind presence in me and my friends lives during our most formative years, and for giving us all one of the best friends we could ask for.
Our most sincere condolences go to Maureen and her family. It still feels like you guys are right across the street, especially when we read your books everyday (and love them so much). Words can’t express the sorrow we have for this tremendous loss.

My heart goes out to the Wynn family during this time. I was just sharing one of my favorite memories with Michael the other day. I am kind of a bad storyteller but he, without question, helped me prank our friend/co-worker Brandon by giving him an address to "a fancy new restaurant around the corner that him & Mo went to all the time" only for the address to be for Tony Pepperoni (a small pizza shop). Michael was so very kind, always down to do anything fun & thoughtful. There was a spark that left the office when he retired but we were all so happy for his & Mo's move to NC. He always took pride in his boys as well as his daughter-in-law. I will miss our conversations about the Sabres (even though they were not really your team) & the Beatles as well as hearing the story of your childhood visit to the zoo.
Sending my deepest condolences to Maureen, Tyler, Kevin, and family. I met Mike 23+ years ago and we became friends due to our love of baseball and football, his love and history of growing up on LI and I having family there, and just being down to earth good person. I hired him when he owned the pest control business. Once he gave that up and I had moved on to a different career, we didn't talk as often, but when we did it was always about how the boys were doing first, life in general second, and then sports. I had last seen Mike just before he moved to Calabash. He was saying I was going to have to come visit this summer while I was down in NC to visit my sister. Lastly, Mike was a big help for me as a bit of a father figure. My father passed away February 11, 2000. His personality and ability to connect with people, pffer advice, be a sounding board was invaluable to me. Grief is not an easy emotion to deal with and understand. It took me a long time to get to a point of understanding how to handle it all. Mike was a great sounding board during a couple of those hardest years for me. I'm going to miss him and so will so many others.  Many prayers to you during this most difficult of times.

I am very sorry to hear of Mike’s passing. I worked with Mike at Citizen’s Bank at the Starbucks location Perinton. He was certainly a great guy. One you wouldn’t forget.  Kind hearted goes a long way and that he was. I am glad to hear he was able to retire and move South. My condolences to his family.

I am so sorry to hear the news of Mike's passing.  I met him at Spectrum and he was an amazing human being.  Mike could make anyone laugh he had a great sense of humor.  I enjoyed having conversations with him whether it be any topic of music, movies, television shows and books.  I am so glad I got to meet him and just wanted to send my condolences 🙏 ❤️
