In November 2024, Michael was diagnosed with glioblastoma, a malignant brain tumor. Glioblastoma is one of the most aggressive, debilitating, and treatment-resistant cancers. Today treatment options are limited, and there is no cure. But there is hope. The American Brain Tumor Association funds promising research initiatives for advancing treatment and prolonging the quality of life for patients with this brutal disease.
