The Embassy of Grenada presents its compliments the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China, all Diplomatic Missions, and Offices of Organizations of the United Nations System and wishes to inform with deep regret that the former Minister of Youth and Sports of Grenada, Mr. Winston Whyte, passed away on 18 Feb 2024.

The late Winston Whyte served in Grenada’s political and social landscape, and played a role in shaping the course of Grenada’s history through his commitment to public service and community development.

The Embassy of Grenada announces that it will open a book of condolences on the following dates:

• Tuesday 19 March, 09:00 – 11:00
• Wednesday 20 March, 09:00 – 11:00
