Memorial events are private

Dad requests a small private memorial/celebration of life only if family desires. When some dust settles, we will plan something soon, possibly reignite the old family reunion. We'll be in touch. Until then, all, please feel free to leave messages and or condolences on this page. Thank you for your prayers and history with Mike as I strongly believe all of our experiences with him and together are what helps develop us to become US. He was a great person and a huge part of US.

Hello if anyone is still checking on this site. We were going to put something together for a memorial around dad's birthday but time and holiday weekend pushed that idea off.  Mom, Kim and I have decided to put it together for the anniversary of his passing.  We have decided the old Cocoa Beach family reunion hotel location near the pier has some of the most memories and good times for many of us with him even though he didn't always attend.  As spread out as we all are now around the state,  nothing seems like a best option as far as travel and nothing is cheap anymore.  We all know and understand this so we understand how this may be a difficult situation.  
We are working with the Best Western there on a block of rooms and the old party room too. Prices are from 160. To 210 a night depending on room choice.  Email me at threeweeks@bellsouth.net  and I'll forward you email about it  asap if needed. 
If interest is low we may just have to book individually  through your own means or website choices at what ever cost. Thanks, hope to hear from you and see you September 27-29, 2024.
