Michael Watts, a 34-year resident of Oak Brook, IL passed away at Advocate Christ Medical Center on September 8, 2023 surrounded by his wife and daughter. He was 65 years old. He was born July 19, 1958 in Fresno, CA to Jack and Marion Jeanette Watts. Michael was loved and cherished by his wife Katherine, his daughter Natalie, his father Jack (Sandra), his brother Jack Jr., his niece Rhiannon, and his great-niece Amara.

Michael was a loyal friend to many. He could always be counted on for his strength, compassion, and advice. He will be remembered for his dry sense of humor and quick wit. Michael supported several charities including the Elmhurst-Yorkfield Food Pantry where he provided IT assistance to help keep up with technology changes as the pantry grew. He also volunteered for the pantry’s monthly mobile market program.

Michael was the ultimate family man, always making his wife and daughter his top priority. His romantic and sentimental nature will be greatly missed by his family. 

Michael's interment will be private. Donations in his memory to the Elmhurst-Yorkfield Food Pantry, Elmhurst, IL are appreciated.
