Michael Vazquez (Big Mike) as he was affectionately known peacefully went to be with the Lord on Friday, May 21st at the age of 42 surrounded by his loving family. Michael was born in Atlantic City, NJ on January 8, 1979 and raised there during those years.
Michael was predeceased by his loving wife Erika Christian-Vazquez, (Paternal Grandparents) Augusto and Salustiana (Lola) Vazquez and (Maternal Grandparents) Justino Sr. and Esther Algarin.

Big Mike enjoyed watching wrestling, taking long walks, going to church, listening to gospel music, playing video games and spending quality time with family. He was always pleasant, generous and always happy. He truly had a heart of gold and was always willing to help when called upon. He is greatly loved will be deeply missed. Michael was a dedicated member of The Evangelical Fellowship Church in Pleasantville, NJ.

Michael leaves to cherish his memories: His loving mother Severa Vazquez (Carlos Rivera) and loving father Augusto Vazquez (Diana Linares), two loving brothers Augusto (Tito) Vazquez Jr. and Carlos Vazquez (Zakia). Nieces and nephews Ryan, Sabrina, Steven, Anthony, Matthew, Elijah, Cheyenne, Carlos Jr., Ava and Cali. Great nieces and nephews Serenity, Josiah, Jeremiah, Jaidyn, Angelyse and Daniel. He was also survived by many Aunts, Uncles, cousins and friends along with his external Church Family who also loved him dearly.

A Graveside service will be held Thursday, May 27, 2021 11am at Holy Cross Cemetery 5061 Harding Hwy. Mays Landing, NJ 08330.
