Michael David Smarr, age 42, of Rome, Georgia, passed away on Friday, February 11, 2022.
Michael was born in Alliance, OH on August 12, 1979. He lived and grew up in Rome, GA. Michael proudly served and retired as a Combat Medic from the United States Army. He deployed and was a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom. He was admired by many and recognized for his commitment, accomplishments, and sacrifices throughout his career. His …
