Background
Michael had a massive heart attack and he got a defibulator put in when he fell he done damage to his bottom. A bruised butt was not a concern so he was sent home the day after he got the defibulator put in . 6 days later he goes to dr for follow up just to get life flighted back to hospital with rapid gang green that took his life I am so lost and have 2 kids Im triing to take care of and lost his SSI check PLEASE HELP
