Michael James Rivenbark of Bolivia, NC, died on September 19, 2017 at New Hanover Regional Medical Center. Mike was born on November 27, 1948 in Wilmington, NC to Charles M. Rivenbark Sr. and Helen E. Hale. He is survived by his beloved wife, Janet G. Pineau Rivenbark, daughter, Jennifer M. Rivenbark and brother, Charles M. Rivenbark, Jr.
In his adolescent years, Mike began a lifelong love of team sports, including football, basketball and especially baseball.
