Michael “Mike” Scott Ring, 66, passed away on May 27, 2025, in Roanoke, Texas.

Born on February 21, 1959, in Alliance, Ohio, Mike was a proud graduate of The Ohio State University and a lifelong Buckeyes fan. He worked in radio, the music industry, and the sleep business over the course of his life.

He loved Christmas lights, golf, setting up train displays during the holidays, and cooking for his loved ones. More than anything, he loved being a Dad.

Mike is survived by his three children: his eldest son Michael (27), who is special needs; his daughter Maggie (23); and his youngest daughter Mariana (20). They were his greatest joy.

He’ll be remembered for his traditions, his humor, being a loving father, and the way he made everyday life feel special.
