I grew up with Traye. His dad Michael and my dad were friends back in the day (yes, I know). I'll always remember Britanie and Traye. Growing up with addicts wasn't a walk in the park, but it was always comforting to get to hangout with Britanie and Traye while our dads did their thing. I'm so sad that Traye succumbed to the same illness that has succumbed many of my loved ones. My heart hurts for his loved ones. Britanie, if you're reading this, I'm proud of you chica. Keep holding your head high and stay strong. I know you were more like a little mama to Traye than you were a big sis. We'll see him again someday.
