I only knew Mike (Treiz) for a short time. hearing of his passing has hit me hard.I thought that his long absences from gaming was odd. I knew that he was a hard worker and that his job would have him travel and keep him from gaming, and that's what I thought was  the case here but sadly not.I remember Mike from all of the games that we played together on World of tanks, We would joke and have tons of fun, while just blowing stuff up. At the time none of us where the greatest at it but we did not care, we where there for the fun and jokes. Some of Mike favorite tanks where the some of the most strange ones like the British heavy tank Tog2. We uses to play in platoons of three of them and just crush the enemy tank before us. We would play tanks for hours,  just playing to have fun. Most of us that played tanks have stop playing tanks for our own reasons but we all stayed in contact. Today I am going to play all of those old tanks we all use to love just for you Treiz! You will be missed bud.
Judy has two nephews and one son who are Eagle Scouts. I remember going to Brazos Bend State Park with Michael and seeing more Bald Eagles than you could count. Today, Michael is in heaven, flying with the Archangel Michael, and and all the Countenance of Heaven. More than you can count.
I ran out of gas on Eldridge Parkway and had to pull over onto a dirt driveway between War Memorial and Clay. Didn't want to call my husband because, well...that's just embarrassing, so I called Michael (I knew he was home) and told him my situation. Michael, always the Boy Scout, immediately volunteered to bring me some gasoline. What he didn't mention was that his car was being repaired so he had no transportation.

On that hot summer day, Michael climbed on a bicycle, rode all the way out to where I was stranded and brought me gasoline. That's who Michael Brent was...kind, selfless, cheerful and always willing to help. That's the way I'll always remember him.

Michael you were always a joy to be around at the girls birthday parties! I enjoyed getting to share the role of Uncle with you for our nieces Loren and Raelee. You will deeply be missed by many. You have done well good and faithful servant!

We are heartbroken to hear about Michael. We have not seen him in years, but have such fond memories of him in scouts. He was a fine young man then and we are confident grew up into an outstanding, warm, compassionate adult. Our thoughts go out to all of you during this difficult time. We cannot imagine how terrible it is to lose him.

Michael you were always a compassionate and loving and a dry sense of humor, but always there for any one that needed you. God gave you you your Eagle wings. Well done good and faithful servant.
We are so saddened by the loss of Michael Brent. May God be with you in your time of sorrow.

So very sorry to hear about this, my deepest condolences to his family.
I didn't have the pleasure of meeting Mike unfortunately. My cousin Jeannie is his sister in law.
My prayers are with his family and friends. May God comfort you with his loving arms.

Mike was intelligent, held conviction, and was a stand up man. I greatly valued knowing him and will immensely miss our discourse and banter. His mother did a great job raising him and his family and friends knew his value.
We will miss you a ton Mike. You never ceased to make everyone laugh.
I'm sure you're enjoying world of tanks from a new perspective buddy. Thank you for the hilarious conversations, political and religious perspectives and fun gaming together. I'm happy you made it to my Birthday to hang out.

I'll miss you Mike..
