Michael's obituary

Michael William Phinney of Buckingham passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday December 6, 2022 at Doylestown Hospital. Michael was 37 years old.

Born in Lansdale, PA., Michael was the son of Gary M. Phinney (Karen Troester) and Diana M. (Krimmel) Phinney Stanell (Jay Stanell).

Michael was a Graduate of Central Bucks East High School, class of 2003. He had been employed as a Property Manager for The Doylestown Landmark.

Michael enjoyed listening to music and philosophical conversation. He loved computers and playing games and watching movies with Skyler. He loved traveling, cruises, Florida and Cape May. He was introverted and introspective, a quiet, kind soul. If you were looking for Michael in a crowd, besides looking for the tallest handsome young man, you might likely find him as the best dressed. We will always remember his presence in our lives and he will be sorely missed.

In addition to his parents Michael is survived by his son Skyler William Phinney, 11 years old. He was preceded in death by his Grandparents William and Myrna Krimmel, and Mark and Shirley Phinney. He was a beloved son, father, grandson, nephew and cousin.

Michael’s ’s Funeral Service will be held at 12:30pm on Thursday, December 15, 2022 at the Shelly Funeral Home, 1460 Easton Road, Warrington, PA 18976.

The family will receive friends from 11:00am until the time of Service. Internment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to: Skyler’s Education Fund. Contributions may be sent to the Skyler Phinney Education Account at First Bank 200 S Main St Doylestown, or through a link below.
