Michael's obituary
Michael John McNeil of Liberty Twp, OH, age 70, was born on June 22, 1949 in Binghamton, NY and died on November 30, 2019 in Cincinnati, OH. He graduated from St. Joe Prep in Bardstown, KY and double majored in English and Sociology at Western Kentucky University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. He loved to travel the world and had a passion for maps. He held various roles in leadership, sales and marketing and later owned his own publishing company. He is survived by his wife Barbara McNeil (Hauer); daughters Angela (James) Fallon, Jennifer (Michael) Hayes, Melissa (Jason) Shearer; granddaughters Makayla Hayes, Makenzie Fallon, Abigail Hayes, Morgan Shearer; siblings Barbara (Tom) Waldron, Robert (Sue Brelsford) McNeil, Kathy (Dennis) Mallory; many nieces, nephews and friends. Preceded in death by his parents Mildred (Gerchman) and Robert McNeil, father-in-law Orville Hauer, and nephews Charles Bender and Floyd Dennis Mallory II. A Mass and Celebration of Life will be held in his honor on December 16th 11:00 am at St. Susanna Catholic Church, 616 Reading Rd. Mason, OH 45040. Visitation will start at 10 am.
