My big condolences to your family. Michael was a wholesome person who was always positive and kind. I met him when I was in college through our fraternity and quickly bonded over our love of cooking. We both shared that cooking in college reminded us of cooking as if we were back home, cooking our families signature foods. My favorite interactions with him was when he brought his homemade soup to the house for me to try and it was so delicious. That moment really showed me Michael’s great humility and kindness. This can’t be easy loosing someone who provided such kindness and support to any shared space he was in. His void will definitely be felt but we can fill it with loving memories of his existence.

I am so sorry to hear about Michael passing.  He was the one who asked me to be the sponsor for PIE robotics. I still mentor robotics now 10 years later and so every year I think about him. He will be missed.
