Michael Marshall Smith, Sr., age 73, of Glenwood, Illinois, went to be with the Lord on June 3, 2025, at ALIYA of Glenwood nursing home.
Born in Chicago at Cook County Hospital, Michael was the beloved son of the late James
Marshall Smith and Yvonne Lowery. He grew up on the South Side of Chicago, where he attended local schools and developed a strong work ethic that would carry throughout his life.
