I am so very sorry for the loss of Mike. He was a great guy and friend. I shared many good times at Mike and Linda’s home with them and their family. Mike will be very missed. May he rest in peace in God’s loving hands.

Yep, Mike and I (and our wives) go back a long ways. Two "young" captains in the US Army "living the dream" of flying. Stationed at Ft Carson nearly 46 years ago!! We shared a lot of common experiences during our years there. I came to know Mike in the 4th Aviation Bn as a professional, dedicated soldier who became a good friend. Mike was very well respected and admired by peers, subordinates, and superiors alike. I followed Mike from the Avn Bn to the "real Army", when he went to command an Infantry Company and I went to an Armor Company. We stayed close and shared many common experiences in those days!! Military duty caused us to go our separate ways after a few years, but then we came upon one another again in Heidelberg about 1983. That's a funny story in itself. All about "hand stitched" rugs!! Some years passed, we both retired from the Army and had a 2d career. Once really retired, we reunited in AZ a few years ago. It has been a true blessing to get back together with Mike and Linda since then. Mike--my dear friend, the time went by too fast. You are missed and will be forever. We truly love you! Bob & Judy
