I had the pleasure of working with both Mike and Winnie at RLASH. Mike was the Student Council advisor for many years. In that role, he touched many student lives with his caring and compassionate demeanor. He grilled the best burgers when we had our women’s lunches at their house!!! I’ll always remember Mike as one of the “good guys”❤️

I am so very sad to hear about Mr. Kowalik! He was a true favorite of mine. He was the adviser to the student council when I was in high school. I was on the executive board and I would always find Mr. K every morning so he could get me out of home room. He will most definitely be missed! To know him was to love him!
