• Michael Keaton, 77, of Munising, MI, passed away on May 20, 2022 after a long battle with cancer.

Michael was born in SomerSet Kentucky. In 1967, he met Melody, and they wed in 1969, going on to have 4 children, Kandy,Kayce,Gina,and Lisa.


Michael was a force of nature, determined to provide for his family and give them the life he felt they deserved. His family meant more to his than anything else in the world, something he often mentioned. He was unendingly proud of his 6 grandchildren, Alexandrea, Haylee, Jason, Jessica, Chris, and Chad, and always tried his best to support them. Anyone who knew Michael knew that he was the most loving grandfather, father and husband a family could ask for. Michael was predeceased by his wife Melody Keaton and parents Ronald and Debra.


The family requests that all flowers and notes are sent to Arthur-Day Funeral home . There will be a funeral service and memorial on May 26th, beginning at 3:00pm
