Our family loved spending time with Chef Mike at the creek camping.  If any of us ever needed help he’d be the first one to jump up. “What can I do for you Kid”.  If it was nearing dinner time we could always count on something tasty! We will sure miss him around the fire!! 💜  He was so proud of his family, and always beamed while sharing photos and stories. Thank you for sharing him with us!!

This is from Jessica Castaneda- Our family loved getting to know Big Mike. At camp he was the best cook there ever was and he always was sharing and listening. When he was around you felt like he just cared about you.  He paid attention to little details and was very generous. Heaven got one of their angels back home. He will be missed! Our prayers go out to his family.

Mike was a very generous and giving friend. He made rings 💍 for my husband and I as a wedding gift. He loved his friends' kids and families as extensions of his own.
