The memory of you that stands out is when you were still in high school, playing basketball , everyone called you “Greatest American Hero” because you flew into the wall on several occasions. My heart aches that our families drifted like it has, but you were always very kind when we would cross paths. Say hi to my dad, maybe play a couple rounds of golf and drink a beer with him!! Tell everyone up there we miss them and keep looking out for us down here, we need all the angels we can get.
It is truly heartbreaking to hear about your loss. Such a genuine man. He was blessed that you gave him a beautiful, meaningful life full of love! I hope you can find peace and comfort in all the best memories you shared together. My thoughts and comforting prayers are with you.
Michael came from very humble beginnings. Raised on the south end of Springfield Ohio without privilege or prosperity, he made a life for himself and his beautiful family through hard work, diligence and a knack for never knowing a stranger. Michael was my nephew, more of a brother, but more importantly he was my friend. I will miss him and his laugh forever.
My sincerest condolences for your loss. Mick was a kind and gracious man, and I am so grateful for the time I got to spend with him and with you all. He was devoted to you, his family, and friends; it was beautiful and inspiring. He was such a force of nature, I cannot imagine a world without him. Heaven just got a lot more fun. Much love. 💗 💗💗
I am just devestated to hear of Michael's passing. He has been a wonderful professional support and friend to me for many years. He was a wonderful man. May his memory be blessing to all of his family.
Our hearts are heavy with sadness as we learn of Mic’s passing. He was a dear friend to so many, and we are deeply grateful for the privilege of knowing him. Our thoughts and prayers are with Mic’s family and friends during this difficult time. May they find comfort in knowing that God is with them.
I was very saddened when I heard the news of Michael's passing. He was an outstanding man. Coached Nick and I whenever we were just lil shrimp. I also went to him regarding business advice a while back and he was nothing but helpful and considering in giving me advice. He was a wonderful man and he will be greatly missed.
An example from my eyes of how fathers should be.
My condolences and blessings go out to the Powers family.
