Michael Earl Jay passed away on April 9, 2021 after a long and difficult battle with Alzheimer’s. Mike was born in 1947 in Seminole, Oklahoma.
Mike was a Dallas Policeman when he was only 19. After his years with the Police Department, Mike went to work for Allstate Insurance Company. He then opened his own Adjusting company. Mike met his wife of 40 years in Dallas, Texas. Mike and Leslie built his company and traveled …
