Michael Jarrell White, age 52, of Woodlawn, TN passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, September 26, 2024. The cause of death is yet to be determined but was due to natural causes.

A memorial service was arranged by family and occurred on Sunday, October 13th, 2024 at Work The Word Church in Madison, WV. His final wishes were to be cremated, which was handled by McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home in Clarksville, TN.

Michael entered into this life on July 27, 1972 in Madison, WV. Michael was a Staff Sergeant combat veteran of the United States Army and retired from the National Guard. He was particularly proud of being part of the elite Forward Surgical Team in Fort Bragg. His previous employment also included respiratory therapy, and he had achieved a Master’s Degree in business, as well as studying biology.

He loved the holidays, along with camping and boating. He also loved the Dallas Cowboys and his Star Trek collectibles. He was known for being a humorous jokester at times, such as by giving funny gag gifts at Christmas.

In addition to his parents, Douglas White (and wife Donna) and Vickie White, Michael is survived by his son, Brandon White; daughter, Adrian Smith; brothers, Jason White (and wife Whitney), Joseph White (and wife Randi), and Dwayne White; as well as many loving cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends. He also maintained a good relationship with his ex-wife and mother of his children, Joy Chandler, and her husband, Cody Chandler.
