Jim's obituary
Michael J̌ames "Jim" Malone, 82, passed away on March 8, 2025, in Bridgeview, Illinois.
Born on February 24, 1943, in Chicago, Illinois, Jim lived a life filled with love, laughter, and devotion to family. He proudly served in the U.S. Army as a private for three years in Oakland, California as well as some time out of the Country.
Jim had a passion for fishing and could often be found by the water, enjoying the peacefulness of nature. He also enjoyed watching football and nascar, as well as most sports, always eager to cheer on his favorite teams and drivers and he always seemed to be reading a new book whenever you stopped by. Beyond his hobbies, Jim was known for his love of family and his playful spirit. He had a knack for exaggeration that brought humor to every conversation and delighted in teasing those he loved most.
Jim is survived by his children: Lisa Malone; Sheri Clemente and her husband, Bill Clemente; and Kevin Malone and his wife, Angel Malone. His legacy continues through his grandchildren: Heather Randazzo and her husband, Sam Randazzo; Samantha Giesey and her husband, Brandon Giesey; Gina Clemente; Ryan Murray and his wife Paula Murray; Tommy Malone; and Alex Malone; as well as his great-grandchildren: Gianna Randazzo; Colton Murray; and soon-to-be baby Giesey.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Mary and Michael Malone Sr; his brother, Robert Malone; and his beloved grandsons, Michael "Mikey" Malone; and William "Billy" Clemente.
Jim’s memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew him. May his legacy of love and laughter bring comfort to all who mourn his passing.
