Michael's obituary

Michael "Billard professor" Hunt, 69, of Natchitoches, LA, passed away on September 27, 2022 after a battle with cancer .



Michael was born on June 13, 1953 to James and Mary Hunt  in Amarillo, Tx.  After graduation, he landed his first job as a U. S. D. A. Inspector for U. S. Government for 46 . In 1979, he met Lucia Hunt , and they wed in 1980, going on to have  six children, Joe, Manuel, Micheal Ray, Maria, Veronica, Chelsea Hunt.


Michael was a force of nature, determined to provide for his family and give them the life he felt they deserved. His family meant more to his than anything else in the world, something he often mentioned. Michael was also a passionate of  smoking meats and could often be found teaching Billards when he wasn’t at home.


Anyone who knew Michael knew that he was the most loving father and husband a family could ask for. Michael was predeceased by  his parents James and Mary Hunt, Brother David Hunt. He is survived by Mother his children and all six children.


The family requests that all flowers and notes are sent to 1206 Earnest St Mt. Pleasant m, Tx. There will be a memorial on October  at [location].
