Michael “Mike” Homer Hardy, 72, passed away on August 2, 2021 after a 10-year battle with early onset Alzheimer’s. He spent his final days surrounded by his family.
Mike was born on August 1, 1949, in Tampa, Florida to Homer and Barbara (nee Radcliff) Hardy. In early childhood, his family moved to Kansas City, which he called home. Mike attended Shawnee Mission West then transferred to Shawnee Mission South, where he graduated in 1968. …
