It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of a beloved man, Michael "Mikey" Garrett. Mikey was born on January 26, 1976 and passed away much too soon on January 24, 2024.

He was predeceased by his mother, Sandra Smith, and his son, Sabastian Garrett. Their loss was deeply felt by Mikey, but he carried their memories in his heart, furthering their legacy in his everyday actions and love for family.

Mikey is survived by his loving daughter, Chyanne Clark, his devoted sister Patricia Webber, his brothers Patrick Caughie and Rick Moore, and his caring aunt, Ann Kittler. Emily Aycock, and many other family members. Each of them carry a piece of Mikey's heart and will miss him dearly.

To know Mikey was to experience authenticity and loyalty. He had a unique ability to make those around him feel seen, heard, and above all, loved. These qualities endeared him to many and created an impact that transcends his time on this earth.

Mike leaves behind sisters, brothers, a daughter, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews, and so many friends. This immense circle of love is a testament to the life he lived and the relationships he treasured. Even though our world is a darker place without him, our hearts are brighter for having known him.

We mourn his passing, but we celebrate his life and the countless ways he touched each of our lives. We will remember Mikey as the loyal, real individual he was. He will be greatly missed by all.
