In the end- we all come back together.

Hugs to his family and friends- until that happens.

Once again it’s a sad reminder that life is not a dress rehearsal.   “Don’t cry because it’s over smile because it happened”   Mike You asked for so little But gave so very much.
You will be missed until we meet again rest in peace my brother.

In this sailing photo, Michael was apprehensive about going out in such a big breeze… He asked: “….. are we still going out? I haven’t been in this much wind….” I replied “….. this is what this boat was made for, we’re going for sure…!”  From that day forward he couldn’t get enough. He was welcomed to the sailing fraternity.

Fair winds and following seas my Friend. May you now be guided to safe port. GOD Bless. RIP

You were the first person I’d say hello to and the last person I’d say good night to. Everything in between will always be cherished and appreciated. Thanks for always being there for me…for everything. I’ll miss you more than you’ll ever know.

Mikey will be missed so much! He will never be forgotten. We'll miss his funny texts, phone calls, conversations, his Rufus videos, all of it! Mikey was the Best, nobody better! Our deepest condolences to all of his Family and Friends! Rest In Peace Friend!

Deepest Sympathy 💐 thoughts and prayers to his family. Such sad news . Such a great guy . Loved hearing his stories about his grandchildren. God Bless 🙏🏻❤️
Stunned and saddened that we’ll never chat about this and that again- I’ll hold those times more dear now. My sincere condolences.
One of the first transpo guys I met on my first show in Boston after KO and RW, really made me feel welcomed . Such a tough loss of a good man.

Being from L.A. it was always nice to come to Boston and see Mike’s smiling face. He was the first to say hello and have a good night. He was always helpful no matter what I needed. He will be missed. RIP my friend.  My thoughts are with your family and friends. ❤️

I had the pleasure of being a friend of mikes starting at Aggregate and then the movies.  Never had a bad day with him. A great friend who will be missed

RIP my friend

Always the first one to say hello. Tell me something funny. I looked for him every day to say hello. I play our last time together over and over. Hope where he is - his sails are full.
I have known Mike for many years through work. He has always been a gentle soul who helped anyone he came across. He talked all the time about his girlfriend and children whom he loved more than anything. I will miss his smile and chats everyday on set.
The crew at Red Herring MPL will forever have an emptiness with out you around the shop or on the set Mike Gagnon - you were always there to lend a hand and support us year after year, job after job without question. Tragic loss to our whole production community - blessings to your family Mike, rest in peace Captain
