It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of a beloved man, Michael “Scoob” Gabar. Born on September 28, 1976, Michael left this world on June 3, 2024. Remembered for his wit, resourcefulness, generosity and loving character.   Michael left an indelible mark on those he touched.

Michael's crowning joy and greatest accomplishment were his four beautiful children, and he served as a steadfast protector for all of them. He continuously brought joy to his family, friends, and everyone within his reach.

He will be profoundly missed by his mother Yvonne Cantu, brothers Joseph Gabar (Danielle Poynter) and John Gabar(Anna). Children Jaylynn and Makylie Gabar, (Mother Kendra Kellerman) Harper and Mason Gabar (Mother Stephanie Hoch) who he is survived by. Their shared memories will remain a comfort during this time of loss.

An open house celebration of Michael's life will be held on June 23, 2024 from 4:00pm - 6:30 pm at Sunfish Lake Park.
