It is with much sorrow the family of Michael Joseph Frade, 66, announces his passing on April 4, 2025 in Alamogordo, New Mexico. Mike was born on July 5, 1958 in New Bedford, Massachusetts to Joseph and Martha Frade.

He was a 1977 graduate of New Bedford Voke, where he took courses in automobile mechanics. He used the skills he learned and his love of cars to restore older cars, sometimes from the frame up, …

Mike's memorial service was delayed due to his passing out of state. His family has since made arrangements for his Celebration of Life and would like to personally invite you to attend.

A private Celebration of Life will be held on May 10, 2025 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Brooklawn Community Center Park, 1997 Acushnet Ave., New Bedford.

As we share a meal together from Mike's favorite Italian restaurant, his family would enjoy hearing your stories and cherished memories of Mike.
