My condolences to Michael's family & friends. I first met Michael when we were working on integration part of companies on video call around two years back. He was open to ideas and very collaborative with our team. He was foodie and wanted to explore new things, fond of motorbikes. During his recent visit to India, we had good time exploring food and visiting places in Pune. Still hard to believe.

Forever going to miss his smiling face.

Team building night — with Michael and his young IT team

I want to start by offering condolences to Michael's family, his wife, and his children during this difficult time. I first met Michael back in 2014 when he hired me to work an entry-level position on his team at Quorum. Similar to so many others, Michael has had such a huge impact on me, my family, and my children. He was my friend and one of my mentors... the first person to give me a chance to learn and grow. He's always supported me and guided me through some of the most challenging times both in my career and in my personal life. He developed a culture for my team that carries with us, be it here at Quorum or wherever life takes us. He fostered an environment of support for one another and family.

There's been so many moments throughout the years but a few stand out and remain fresh in my mind. My wife and I still till this day talk about how blessed and thankful we are to him for the time that he afforded us while my son was in the hospital. The visits he made to Texas Children's Hospital just to bring us some food made the hard times feel a bit easier. Without the help of him and a few others, there's no telling where my son would be today with his health. I'll never forget our chats and his comfort and guidance. Most of all, I'll never forget how much it meant to me when he called just to tell me that he was proud of me.

My wife and I will continue to pray for him and his family and I will ALWAYS cherish all of the wonderful memories that he has left with me and my family. He will forever be missed and never forgotten.
