Our family is thinking about you all today. Our thoughts and prayers are still with you as we reflect on Mike and the time we were fortunate enough to spend with him and the Hayes family.
Kara, Laila and Jordon,  We are so very sad and hearts broken to learn of Mike and your dad’s passing.  Please know that you are all in our thoughts and prayers.  While we didn’t spend much time with him, we heard wonder stories from your mom and dad.  He will be missed by everyone who knew and loved him.  Sincerely, Kathy and Jerry Carter

My deepest sympathies to your family.  I only knew Mike through work for a few years and interacted at NPMA functions.  He was always so friendly and had an apparent great sense of humor.  I know that he had left indelible marks on all he met.  The Lord will see your family through this difficult time and take peace knowing that God has something so much bigger in store for this fine gent.  You will be reunited again! Blessings to your family.

Dianna Fisher, GDIT

To our friend and colleague, Charity Parker, and her family, we are sending you our love and deepest sympathy—peace to all of you.

Love,

The Midlothian Middle School Special Education Department

My heart hurts when I think about how you were taken from this earth far too soon. You always welcomed us with open arms into your home and made us feel like we've known you our whole lives. We will miss our good times together but cherish the ones we were fortunate to have with you, rest easy Mike.
I've known Mike for 10 years. He was always a joy to be around. He would always make you laugh. He was very proud dad. He will be missed dearly. The world has lost a wonderful soul. He will forever be in our hearts.
My sincere condolences to Kara, the kids and Mike’s close friends and family. You shared so many memories with Marcus that he will cherish forever. You will truly be missed.
Mike, it was an absolute privilege to know you. Coaching our sons together on the football field has been one of the highlights of fatherhood for me, and I'm so glad I was gifted that time with you. You have such love for your children and family and it showed every time I was around you. We'll miss you terribly. Rest in peace, Mike.
Kara Dennis an I are so saddened by the news of Mike’s sudden passing .    He was such a gentle giant.    I will miss seeing him at the bus stop and at  Brian’s and Danielle’s house.
Sis. Charity, please accept our heartfelt condolences on behalf of our family for the loss of your brother (Michael).  We will continue to pray that God provides you with the strength, patience, and comfort during this difficult period in your life.  We're a phone call away if you need anything.
Kara, our hearts are with you and the kids. Sending our deepest condolences.

My family and I express our deepest condolences to the family of Mike Hayes. We know this is a very difficult time but please know that your thoughts are in our prayers. I’m 100% positive that the humble man that I had the opportunity to know for a short time is in a better place (Heaven).
My thoughts and prays goes out to the Hayes family especially to his wife and kids. Your husband and your father was known as a loving, empathetic, and a dependable person ready to lend a helping hand to anyone. He always had a smile on his face. I had the pleasure of working with Mike for two years, during my time at the Department of State. I’m incredible sadden by the news and I extend my deepest sympathy again to your family. Although it is difficult today, I’m reminded by a scripture which was shared with me not to long ago at John 5:28, I hope it will provide you some comfort for the days ahead. Will miss you, Mike!
My condolences to Michael's family. I knew Mike during my days as APO, he was always willing to help and dedicated during inventory.  I was saddened to hear of his passing.
I was heatbroken when I heard the news of Michael's passing.  Mike was a great man and always so positive and helpful.  He will be missed.  Prayers to his family.
