Michael's obituary
Michael P. Byczynski Sr. was born December 2nd, 1947, in Rockford, Illinois, Son of Albert and Lois Byczynski. He married Prudence Ann (Rumore) Byczynski on December 5th, 1964, at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Rockford, Illinois. Michael was a well known and respected car dealer in the Northern Region of Illinois. He was a very adventurous man who enjoyed golfing, hunting and fishing with his family and friends. He and his wife enjoyed traveling together all over the country, testing their luck in Vegas, climbing mountains in Colorado or deep sea fishing in the Bahamas. He was active in the community as a sworn Mason and a member of the Shriners. He is best known as "Buzzy The Clown" where he travelled all over Illinois putting smiles on children's faces.
He is survived by his Father Roy Johns ( wife Margaret) of and Step-Mother Shirley Byczynski of Rockford, Illinois; children Michael Byczynski (wife Julie) of Colorado, Michelle Castillo of Illinois, and Matthew Byczynski of Illinois; brother Frank Byczynski (wife Henrietta) of Illinois and sister Sandra Inman ( Husband Don) of Michigan; 5 grandchildren Tony Castillo (wife Karine) , Michael Byczynski, Nicholas Castillo, Jake Curiel (Kylee), Jackson Byczynski; Great-Granddaughter Sofia ; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his dad Albert Byczynski and mother Lois Johns; brother Brad Johns; and reunited with his wife of 51 years Prudence Ann Byczynski.
There will be a private service for immediate family and In lieu of flowers memorials can be donated to Christenson funeral home to help with services.
