Michael's obituary
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Michael Bird. Also nicknamed Bird-Man; Bird Bath; and his gamer tag eltownkilla. Michael was born on November 17, 1976, and he stepped into eternity on October 31, 2024.
A cherished husband, son, brother, uncle, and father, Michael is mourned and survived by his loving family. His survivors include his wife, Victoria Bird. His children, Michael Bird, Jasmine Bird, Kenneth Bird, and his step-daughters, Eilis Allen and Willow Allen. His nieces, Stephanie Sheetz and Pebbles Bowman. His mother, Donna Dwiggins, and his brother, Mark Sparks, we all loved him and continue to keep his memory alive. He was predeceased by his sister, Maryann Stevens, and joins her in eternal rest.
Known for his love of simple pleasures, Michael had an undying love for Oreo's with peanut butter, 3 musketeers and inability to share his Reese's Puffs. He could often be found with a beer in hand, cheering for his favorite sports teams, the Chicago Bulls and Dallas Cowboys. In his downtime, he was an avid player of Call of Duty, a game that brought him much joy and camaraderie.
Michael lived a life filled with love and laughter, and he will be sorely missed by all who had the good fortune to know him. He was always able to make everyone laugh with a smart remark. His memory will continue to shine in the lives of those he left behind. In these moments of sorrow, let us remember him for who he was: a loving husband, devoted father, caring son, supportive brother, and a treasured friend.
