Michael Connor Berkeley, born November 26, 1989, passed away on May 30, 2025. He was survived by his partner, Faith Sonders, and his daughter, Suzannah Ita-Mae, to where Michael made his home.  He was survived by his parents-cherished and loved son of Lori Berkeley and Greg Berkeley. He was survived by his uncle Steve and Judy Berkeley, Dave and Chris Berkeley, Kevin Berkeley and Pat and John Meyers . Michael was deeply loved, in all places he made and was home.

Michael was a wonderful and kind soul who had a passion for fitness and working out, and aspirations to pursue personal training. He was a black belt In Karate, and a talented musician. He had a deep love for music, and was immersed in rap. He was always writing songs. His love of music was something he passed along to his daughter Suzannah, and something special that they shared- Michael teaching her guitar and them making music videos together, and spending hours dancing and singing together.These are the things so special and unique to Michael that should be cherished and held onto in the memory of his life. Michael also was a keen artist, always sketching and creating. Those who loved and were close to Michael knew his adoration of the arts, and his talent of such.  

There will be a celebration of life service for Michael for friends and family with information on where at a later date, and all those who loved Michael and want to share a memory and celebrate his life are welcome . In his passing, those who cared for him should grow closer to cherish and hold the wishes Michael would have had to remember him for who he was, not what he struggled with, and what mattered to him in this life- his family he had built, his parents whom he valued so deeply,  his daughter who he dedicated himself to being the best he could be for- his recovery community, and his adoration of the arts and music scene.

Michael was proactive in the recovery community and was proud of his years of sobriety- 

and we hope to cherish and hold his advocacy of this in lieu of this sudden passing, and to hold the light for others to stay strong and shine bright in their own recovery- as Michael would have wanted. 

In his passing any support, empathy and kindness in commentary of Michael is welcomed.  Please join a memorial service for Michael
